Sparkling white wine with refermentation in the bottle, with a dry taste, whose bouquet of aromas it is enhanced when accompanied by traditional dishes.
Taste: sparkling wine with a good consistency foam and fine perlage.
Bouquet: fruity of ripe apple and pear, with pleasant hints of bread and yeast.
